KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.
Responsibilities:
+ Apply Salesforce technical proficiency to design and develop solutions using inbuilt CRM/CX technologies and functionalities
+ Map Salesforce capabilities, features, and best practices against business and technical requirements by performing fit-gap analysis against Salesforce cloud, service, community, and available tools within AppExchange and Force.com platform to support enterprise-sized projects
+ Perform application development, prototyping, testing, and demo capabilities to users
+ Work on design and development of interfaces APIs and integrations from Salesforce to external systems
+ Assist System Architect and support team members to address security and compliance requirements related to the setup of Salesforce platform and development environments
Qualifications:
+ A minimum of three years of Salesforce platform/design/development experience
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Computer Science or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred
+ Knowledge of capabilities and constraints for Salesforce technologies (clouds, offerings, custom development, integration, etc.) coupled with good understanding of the business processes and ability to support development of enterprise-level Salesforce projects throughout the implementation lifecycle
+ Must have Salesforce Platform Developer II certification, with additional Cloud Consultant Certifications (Sales, Service, Community, or Marketing) preferred
+ Technical proficiency in: Force.com development platform: Apex Code (Triggers, Controllers and Batch classes), Visualforce pages, Web Service APIs and the Lightning Platform (Aura /LWC framework), triggers, SOQL, SOSL, DevOps Stack (SFDX, Git, Jenkins); Code migration tools, Integrations using Salesforce API form, HTML5 applications for desktop and mobile platform; delivery methodologies and product release frameworks such as Agile & DevOps; designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application and solution requirements
+ Travel may be up to 80%
