We anticipate the needs of our customers and business partners and deliver reliable, customer-centric technology services. **What youll be doing:** + As a Senior Software Engineering Manager - Salesforce - You will be part of our Salesforce.com development team and partner with both the business and technical teams to innovate and deliver new features and enhancements for the Salesforce.com platform. + Create or modify complex programs and modules from a detailed design where performance, efficiency, reliability are critical to the entire system and are scalable under sustained load. + Work with engineers and other cross-functional teams like Product Management, Project Management, Release Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations teams, etc. to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our sales force + Prepares and presents program-level communications for executives and stakeholders + Manage a team of 10+ developers, consultants and off-shore development partner resources and work with architects/developers to properly scope, estimate work and solution projects or production support of the Salesforce.com platform + Consult and review requirements with stake holders, product managers and Sr. Management to recommend the appropriate architecture and solutions on the Salesforce.com platform + Assists project manager(s) and scrum master in identifying required tasks, timelines, dependencies, critical path, resource needs and risks; responsible for managing JIRA projects, developer capacity, roadblocks and resource constraints + Responsible for documenting release process, performing releases between Test, UAT and Production sandboxes and executing pre/post deployment verification + Manage periodic Salesforce releases to ensure new features will not impact our existing functionality and assess opportunities for use **What you bring to the table:** + Ensure the proper level of documentation is in place and verify deliverables with signed-off business requirements before releasing to production + Ensure satisfactory code coverage is implemented before code promotions + Establish the global SFDC Development Center of Excellence (COE) standards for code, source control, and development standard + Influences technical direction for large-scale, highly complex technical initiatives and/or projects requiring integration of cross-functional systems. Provides guidance in evaluating application systems + Ensure adoption and adherence to Salesforce.com governance framework and usage guidelines + Establish and implement best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, test automation, and data integrity **Qualifications :** **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience + 10+ years of professional experience in software development management, and 5+ years of solutions development experience on the Salesforce platform + Experience in a management role with direct reports and responsibility for the team + Experience leading a team of developers, assigning & delegating tasks, and tracking progress + Good understanding of Salesforce.com architecture with knowledge and experience implementing at an enterprise-scale + Experience in leading business change programs involving Salesforce platform + Experience with Agile, Jira, Scaled Agile would add a lot of credibility + Excellent verbal and written communication along with presentation and organizational skills + Well versed with diverse aspects of SFDC technical/functional capabilities with command over the SFDC products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce1, Platform and the App Exchange + Experience and technical knowledge of Apex coding, Visualforce, Lightning, web services, mobile interfaces, integrations, REST, SOAP, SOQL, APIs. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Salesforce.com certifications would be an added advantage + Masters degree specializing in management **We Offer:** + Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups and resources such as the Social Justice Resource Center + Flexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays), Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more perks and benefits _Interested in joining the team?
