**Job Description Summary**
The Sr Product Manager Digital Solutions will be responsible for defining and leading implementation of the Digital Strategy and Infrastructure for the BWRX-300 Small Modular Reactor and its associated services. This role will lead the collaborative effort among the advanced reactor designers, architect engineers, constructors, customers, platform vendors, and application vendors to provide a cost-effective and achievable architecture that is scalable across a global market and global fleet of reactors. This role will define architectural solutions using GE digital products, design tools, and work to identify the gaps in the existing technology, then chart a roadmap for required technology enhancements to achieve the architecture. This role will lead the multi-functional team to deliver the enhancements that support the envisioned digital strategy & its architecture.

**Job Description Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Work with customers, GEH Advanced Reactor product managers, GE Digital product managers and services team to define the requirements for the digital infrastructure.
+ Develop digital platforms strategy and business cases to support technology decisions for existing and new tiered digital product offerings, aligning with centralized fleet services strategy.
+ Create and implement a platform to monitor and diagnose plant anomalies from a centralized service hub, leveraging digital twin capabilities.
+ Lead the collaborative effort with advanced reactor designers, architect engineers, constructors, customers, platform vendors, and application vendors to define the digital infrastructure that meets business requirements and aligns to customer needs.
+ Define instrumentation and monitoring requirements including the integration of predictive/condition-based maintenance capabilities incorporated into the design.
+ Prepare the multi-generational digital technology roadmap to meet and future proof advanced reactor technology and business requirements.
+ Build the multi-functional team to deliver on the digital roadmap.
+ Lead the multi-functional team to implement the roadmap to achieve the envisioned digital infrastructure platforms for advanced reactors.
+ Consult and collaborate with product managers to develop growth and competitive strategies on a global basis.
+ Share innovative concepts by collecting and analyzing internal and external customer feedback, market research, emerging technology, and competitive trends.
+ Interact regularly with product managers, directing them on risks and opportunities.
**Job Description Required Qualifications**
+ Experienced in product management of industrial digital product platforms
+ Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering or Equivalent discipline
+ Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Software Engineering or Plant and Industrial Control System Architecture
+ Functional Knowledge, defining requirements, and use cases leveraging IOT Architecture
+ Ability and willingness to travel domestic and internationally as required
**Job Description Desired Characteristics**
+ Familiarity with Nuclear Software QA Programs
+ Experience with Nuclear Cyber Requirements for Critical Infrastructure
+ Familiarity with Nuclear Export Control Requirements
+ Minimum of 15 years of relevant Software Engineering or Plant Industrial Control System Architecture
+ Masters Degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science)
+ Strong interpersonal skills, especially in coordinating, communicating with customers
+ Proven leadership capabilities with ability to motivate others and achieve results
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
+ Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
+ Strong Project Management / Presentation / PC skills
+ Experience with product commercialization via NPI tollgate process
+ LEAN Certification or equivalent quality certification
+ Experience with project management, project set-up, risk identification and mitigation strategy development
_The salary range for this position is $126,750-$169,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus._
