Sustainable Building Technologies (SBT), a newly minted business within Honeywell, has an exciting opportunity for a global Sr. Director, Solutions Architect. This Sustainability Solutions Architect Leader will report to the global VP/GM for this business that is focused on one of the biggest challenges of our time: helping customers reach their net-zero goals. Sustainability is at our core as we look to improve customers€™ carbon impact, indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and energy equity and resiliency. In this new role, you will partner with our Sales and Business Development teams to understand the client€™s requirements and build a compelling technical solution that incorporates Honeywell technology along with partner solutions to deliver on customers€™ needs. Create a fit-for-purpose, cost-effective solution for the customer, and communicate the value effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
\r
€¢ You will own the solution definition using Honeywell technologies and select partner products to build compelling solutions for various customers Sustainability needs
€¢ You will work with the customer-facing teams to create compelling proposals and communicate sustainability vision to our current and future global customers
€¢ You will Identify new features, improvements, and applications for Honeywell solutions and work with the Product and Technology teams to make additional offerings for the market
€¢ You will network with Industry stakeholders to promote the Honeywell Sustainability brand
€¢ You will learn & understand different local and regional sustainability codes and regulations.
€¢ You will be responsible for contributing to developing the standards and codes by chairing with governing bodies and non-profits, and compliance requirements

You Must Have:
\r
€¢ Bachelor's degree
€¢ 10+ years of experience in a Solution Architect / Application Engineering role
€¢ 5+ years of experience in managing people in a global/matrix environment

€¢ Master's Degree in Engineering
€¢ Customer facing experience in technology/solutions business (B2B) space
€¢ Experience in responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs)
€¢ Strong business acumen and drive to achieve
€¢ Deliver on complex problems without guidance
€¢ Deliver presentations with ease, engage audiences
€¢ Excellent organization & project management skills
€¢ Successful experience leading a geographically dispersed sales team
€¢ Proven ability to work and sell across various diverse markets.
