+ 2 or more years of Management, Leadership or Project Management experience in a production based environment.
+ Demonstrated ability to coach and develop employees.
+ Must be self-motivated and a role model of Bank of America's Values.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including but not limited: to PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Ability to manage a diverse set of functional responsibilities including analysts that work multiple complex functions

Previous experience in check standards or check processing or research/settlement
Knowledge of SPI - Single Process Inventory routines
