**Job Description:**



Enterprise Risk and Finance (ERF) Production Services is responsible for running the day to day operations of the technology platform. Work activities specific to Production Services roles include Problem/Incident Management, Triage, high-impacting incident communication, etc. The Senior Production Services Leader - Compliance identifies possible production failure scenarios, creates incident tickets, enhancements and/or problem tickets in ticket tracking system, and communicates effectively with development and internal business operations teams. Identifies vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement, as well as maintain metrics to help develop analysis that will drive improvement in all areas of Production Services.



Key Responsibilities:



+ Creates and enhances administrative, operational, and technical policies and procedures, adopting best practice guidelines, standards, and procedures

+ Takes ownership of escalations and perform trouble shooting, analysis, research and resolution using advanced query, programming, and communication skills

+ Performs analytical, technical, and administrative work in planning, designing, and supporting under moderate supervision

+ Serves as an escalation point between the client/business area and internal management for the resolution of moderately complex unresolved problems, complaints and service requests

+ Ensuring availability and reliability of assigned production applications within a line of business (LOBs) of Compliance and LOB Surveillance

+ Follow the banks production processes and guidelines, document technical details both for the benefit of team knowledge sharing and for production audit requirements



Required Skills:



+ 10+ years knowledge of production support to include technology platforms, applications, processes, and procedures

+ Executive presence and effective communication skills (active-listening, verbal, written, and presentation)

+ Broad business experience driving execution and adoption of key strategic programs across large teams

+ Partner with the leadership team to define, prepare and communicate organizational plans, including quarterly, annual, and 3-year strategy and staffing plans

+ Demonstrated cross-functional leadership, collaboration, organization, and operations excellence skills

+ Analytical, data-driven problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment

+ Collaborate with the leadership team, technology governance, and finance to track, analyze, and report technology performance per SLAs, KPIs, and OKRs

+ Ability to analyze and apply basic technical principles, concepts, and techniques

+ ITIL, PMP certified or related experienced

+ Experience in working with internal and external auditors

+ Highly proactive, extremely organized, self-starter capable of effectively balancing multiple projects

+ Strong database skills (Any RDBMS Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server)

+ Working knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle using Java/J2EE or .Net/ASP technologies

+ Experience in Unix, Shell Scripting, Batch Monitoring, Autosys, Informatica



Desired Skills:



+ Experience in leading a global team size of 40+ members

+ Working knowledge of technology platforms, applications, processes, and procedures.

+ Effective performance within shared service or highly matrix environment

+ Good understanding of financial/banking industry
