We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with demonstrable expertise in the use and administration of Products, Price books and CPQ (Configure Price Quote) in a global Salesforce org.
You will be working within the Technology group as a member of a dedicated Salesforce team that supports over 2,000 users globally. This role will be key in delivering administration and configuration of our Salesforce org, user administration and further developing our use of Salesforce.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and support the use of Products and CPQ within Kroll Salesforce which will include advice on Product and CPQ best practices and limitations. Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Create and edit products and associated pricing and product rules
Manage multi-currency price books for all products.
Salesforce Admin responsibilities related to Products and CPQ
Support team on complex quote configurations.
Assist with reporting related to CPQ objects.
Manage quoting and quote terms approval processes.
Troubleshoot and provide solutions to CPQ limitations that may arise
Provide training and documentation for other administrators, users and involved stakeholders.
Create reports and dashboards to capture metrics
Support day-to-day use of Salesforce along with the global Salesforce Admin team across the Kroll user base (including User Administration, ticket resolution, and other standard support items)
Provide Salesforce technical administrative services to the Kroll Global Sales Cloud CRM Org.
Salesforce Mobile, Connected Apps, Email Services.
Assist with bulk imports and exports of data into Salesforce.com using Apex Data Loader/Demand Tool.
Maintain user roles, security, profiles, etc.
Coordinate upgrades, new system implementations, integration, etc.
Work with business partners to document business processes and system requirements.
Proactively seek to improve day-to-day efficiency and automate activities wherever possible.
Page layouts, fields, tabs, and business processes.
Maintain and create Validation Rules, workflows and approval processes within Salesforce.com.
Basic knowledge of Apex, Visual force page and triggers.
SFDC Reports & Dashboards
Configure Single Sign-On with on-premise and Cloud Applications.
User Setup
Work with the Salesforce Development team to improve user experience, solve technical issues, formulate creative solutions, ensure data cleanliness and accuracy across the global Salesforce instance
Work with the Salesforce Development team to identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, document and communicate business processes and system customizations to meet business requirements
Participate in effective change management for the Salesforce application for both new functionality requests and environment management (development, test and production)
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, resolve bugs and errors, and implement optimal solutions
Develop and/or troubleshoot Salesforce reports/dashboards
Ability to work on projects and meet timelines as necessary
Minor after-hours and weekend work may be required
Minor traveling to regional offices may be required

REQUIREMENTS :
College education
Salesforce.com Certifications preferred
Salesforce Admin
Certified CPQ Specialist
Previous experience in Salesforce Administration role
Previous experience in Information Technology or similar organizational role
Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of Salesforce
Experience working with Products, price books and CPQ in Salesforce
Experience with a global and multi-currency organization
Experience with Lightning user interface preferred
Experience using Salesforce Data Loader, DemandTools preferred
Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with business and technical teams
Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English language
Experience with creating documentation
Self-directed learning, problem solving, and researching of system issues
Ability to work and adapt in a dynamic environment and recognize priority issues, escalating accordingly
Strongly customer service oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills and positive can-do attitude
Ability to work either independently or as part of a project group with time constraints
Flexibility to assist in covering all shifts globally to allow for maximum coverage.
