CuraScript SD is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior SAP Basis Administrator to join its technology team.

In this role, you will be part of the implementation and ongoing support of the SAP S4/HANA cloud ERP solution as well as other technology solutions. You will partner with IT and Business teams support systems in the areas of operational readiness, performance, configuration and support. You will also have administrative rights to all CSD SD solutions and applications.

Must be a current contractor with Cigna, Express Scripts, or Evernorth. Evernorth is a new business within the Cigna Corporation. This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Support of highly integrated business critical systems with over 350 end users

  • Serve as main point of contact for administrative duties and plays an integral role in maintaining system optimization and transformation.

  • Ensure system performance/optimization through the release of software releases, versions, fixes/patches.

  • Create and maintain non-production environments (development, testing, etc.).

  • Participate in the planning of updates and in the elaboration of the roadmap for the development of the solution.

  • Communicate effectively with technical team members, product owners, and subject matter experts and end users.

  • Support assigned projects ensuring quality delivery, identifying risks, and escalating issues where appropriate.

  • Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies in the CSD landscape.

  • Manage the SAP HEC instance in a highly integrated environment, specifically in a hosted environment (dedicated).

  • Oversee user and license provisioning and role security in SAP HEC and other enterprise solutions.

Functional SAP experience required:

  • Extensive skills in Basis administration installing, configuring and supporting of SAP S4HANA, ECC, SAC, IBP, Commerce Cloud, CPI, Gateways, MDM, IXOS, TREX, BOBJ, SOLMAN 7.2.

  • Implementation of SAP HANA Security and Authorization concepts.

  • Managing SAP HANA License, Upgrading, Managing SAP HANA users and Backing up and recovering SAP HANA Database.

  • Managing SAP HANA Memory Optimization techniques, Tables in SAP HANA, Scaling SAP HANA.

  • Extensive experience on all aspects of SAP Basis Administration including Client Copy/Export/Import, System Copy/Refresh, Support Packs, Kernel Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, add-on installations, applying OSS Notes, spool administration, background jobs, workload analysis, SAP workplace monitoring using CCMS, backup/recovery, system monitoring/maintenance and performance tuning/analysis.

  • Utilizing Solution Manager to understand recurring incidents impacting system, identify root cause, resolve problems, and implement corrective actions.

  • Strong hand on experience in SAP Data base Administration, table space management and backup/recovery.

  • Working in a large/complex ERP environments.

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP testing principles, processes, and methodologies.

  • Managing various testing phases (IT, SIT, Perf Test, UAT) in SAP.

  • Utilizing test automation tools within SAP Solution Manager.

Overall experience required:

  • Successful IT professional with around10 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration, SAP HANA DB: operations & solution architect on cloud (SAP HEC)

  • Experience working on various Operating systems like SUSE LINUX,HP -UX, Sun Solaris, Windows, IBM AIX, IBM i5 (OS/400, AS/400) & databases like HANA, Oracle, IBM DB2, MSSQL and Max DB

Preferred experience:

  • Supply chain management

  • Wholesale pharmaceutical distribution or life sciences

  • Prior SAP implementation/upgrade experience and best practice knowledge

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $113,900 - $189,900, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
