**What youll achieve**
As a Senior Systems Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing the Container Platform Solution on Dell platform (server, storage and network) with RedHat OpenShift and additional partner software components. You will work with our solution engineering team, sales and product manager on Container Platform design and solution for containerized workload.
**You will:**
+ Design and develop Enterprise container platform solution based on Dell platform, software and partner software and interface across other teams.
+ Work on physical/logical infrastructure components and set up the infra in Dell lab to validate and create deliverables through whitepaper/RA/Deployment guide/tools etc.
+ Analyse issues, root cause and interface with different product subgroups and align components compatibility and interoperability and provide technical guidance to engineers
+ Work in conjunction with team members, vendors, customers, partners and other to build solution.
+ Require communicating these solutions via presentations, whitepapers and demonstrations.

**Essential Requirements**
+ B.E/B. Tech/M. Tech in CS/EE/ECE or a related engineering field with 6+ years of relevant technologies experience.
+ Experience of Linux and proficient in Linux system and tools. Good to have knowledge and experience in VMware (ESXi, vSAN, vSphere etc)
+ Experience in deploying, managing and lifecycle operations of OpenShift Container Platform and vanilla Kubernetes.
+ Experience with cloud native storage, CSI interface, CNIs, with OpenShift/Kubernetes
+ Experience with Automation on Configuration Management (Preferably Ansible) and Python. Experience with writing Technical papers/RA.
**Desirable Requirements**
+ Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and version control systems (Github, Bitbuket etc)
+ Experience with deploying applications in OpenShift, good understanding of Operators, Helm charts and other packaging technologies.
