This unique opportunity within the Cranial and Spinal Technologies Training and Education Team may be for you!
The **Senior Training Specialist - Customer Success, Immersive Education - Cranial and Spinal Technologies** will be the go-to person for successful onboarding and implementation of immersive technologies as a means to train the sales field, marketing, and HCPs all over the world. Using customer feedback and data available from these training technologies, the customer success specialist will continue to evolve the training pathway for learners. In addition, the Customer Success Specialist will leverage what is learned working in the field to manage additional immersive technology projects primarily in a project management capacity.
This team is based in Memphis, TN. The role is open to remote within the United Statesfor well qualified candidates.
**A Day in the Life**
+ Product Expert: Be the go-to person for onboarding, evangelization and successful implementation of immersive technologies (VR, AR, gaming apps, etc.)
+ Partnership: Build rapport quickly with field personnel, marketers, and HCPs and understand their training needs. Attend customer-facing or sales training activities to lead and/or support labs and demos.
+ Advocacy: Act as the Voice of Customer to improve our training experiences + use data and intelligence available from the market place to support development of additional immersive technology projects.
+ Support: Provide level 1 and 2 support, co-build with the Medtronic XR team the knowledge library (FAQs, videos, knowledge articles, etc.) and manage our software updates + demo fleet
+ Leverage organizational skills to manage multiple projects at various phases
+ Other duties may be assigned.
+ Travel requirement: up to 50% during peak meeting season; otherwise, up to 25%
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelors degree required
+ Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
**Nice to Have**
+ Extended reality knowledge (virtual reality, augmented reality, or simulation)
+ Project management experience
+ Medical device experience
+ Strong communication skills, both oral and written
+ Superb interpersonal skills
+ Strong presentation skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude
+ Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships
