**Citi is looking for a Tech Lead Analyst with strong technical knowledge in the Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) version IP 2019 or above.**


**The individual is expected to engage in complete development lifecycle for the project and expected to code in Siebel CRM to deliver necessary solutions to the business users. Successful candidate will adhere to design and development standards to produce high quality software. Candidate will be expected to work on Siebel Upgrade, Siebel Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, EAI and Administration. Candidate will be expected to lead the development teams, working very closely with global teams in NAM and APAC to delegate certain developmental tasks and monitor the progress and quality of the deliverables. In these tasks he/she is expected to interact as team lead with several internal technology teams.**

**Mandatory Skills and experience:**


**Minimum 10 years of application design and development experience**


**Minimum 5 years of experience in leading** **globally distributed teams successfully**


**Demonstrated people and technical management skills**


**The candidate must demonstrate excellent software development skills**


**Strong knowledge of Siebel enterprise architecture.**


**Experience of Siebel SOAP Structure, import/exporting WSDLs, XSDs, XSLT and XMLs.**


**Experience in customizing Siebel CRM Products IP 2019 or above**


**Experience in Siebel Workflows and Error/Exception Handling.**


**Experience in Creating/Designing Siebel Integration Object Structures.**


**Experience in working with various EAI Business Services.**


**Understanding/Hands On with various Siebel Adapters, Siebel Rest APIs .**


**Experience in Siebel Configuration and Scripting.**


**Experience in application performance tuning.**


**Strong knowledge in Siebel Data model and SQL / Store procedure creation.**


**Experience with Siebel Open UI, HTML and Java Script is plus.**


**Proficiency with Siebel Financial Services and Order Management**


**Good Communication skills**


**Desirable Skills:**


**Siebel Upgrade Experience is plus.**


**Experience on Siebel in** **_Linux_** **environment is preferred.**


**Good Knowledge of financial services industry**


**Siebel e-configurator**


**Oracle DB knowledge**


**Elastic Search**


**Team player who can work in a remote environment**


**Ability to work independently with minimal supervision A self-starter & quick learner**


**Experience in Financial industry**
