**Qualifications:**
+ You have **9+ years** of experience in developing, solutioning at Core technology level as well providing inputs at application level
+ You have expertise working on application makes use of multi-technologies, APIs
+ You are expert in designing solutions using design patterns, best practices.
+ You are expert CRM technologies, Siebel Product Configuration is must, IP21.x is desirable.
+ You are expert in Siebel Core, EAI technologies, solutioning partner tech-specs for integrations
+ You have in depth experience in Rest API, Workspaces based delivery model.
+ You have experience in Siebel Open UI, jQuery, JSON, HTML and CSS
+ You have exposure in NoSQL Database like Elastic, or similar
+ You possess advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes, especially in prioritization
+ You have great problem-solving skill with proven experience
+ You have excellent writing and communication skills, with a knack for taking technical language and making it comprehensible
+ You have a passion for solving tough problems and proposing elegant solutions.
+ You are an avid learner with an ability to learn and adapt so that you can help teach others and encourage idea exchange and information percolation
**Education:**
+ Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
+ You will provide technical and business supportfor users of Citi Applications. This includes providing quick resolutions to app issues, driving stability, efficiency and effectiveness improvements to help us and the business succeed.
+ You will act as a liaison between users/traders, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors and as an advisor or coach to new or junior analysts.
+ You will participate in application releases, from development, testing and deployment into production. Perform post release checkouts after application releases and infrastructure updates. Develop and maintain technical documentation.
+ You will maintain application systems that have completed the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm.
+ You will manage, maintain and supportapplications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality and functionality against service level expectations.
+ You will assist in appropriately assessing risks when business decisionsare made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal
