SAIC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer- Dev Team Lead to support a recently awarded program supporting US Navy Recruiting Command Programs. This position is 100% remote.
The SW Engineer Team Lead will support the Personalized Recruiting for Immediate and Delayed Enlistment Modernization II (PRIDE Mod II).
This program is based out of Millington, TN but work may be performed remotely in the continental United States.
Duties and Responsibilities:
PRIDE Mod Lead Developer will oversee 4 other C# Developers and coordinate with the AEM, BO, and BizTalk SysAdmins
Ensure PRIDE MOD system is properly configured and documented to enable, sustain and maintain interfaces with external commands and systems.
Analyze system for efficiencies.
Test and implement new technologies following standardized test and implementation procedures.
Test changes for usability prior to deployment to the test environment.
Provide research, analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, and deployment of modifications
Implement policies and procedures to track server trends. Monitor trends to help prevent systems outages.
Resolve technical/data exchange issues with scanning and document recognition software and exchange pertinent information.
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
US Citizenship
Active Secret security clearance
Nine (9) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
Demonstrated success in leading an IT team implementing major software releases using SCRUM Agile methodology
Security+ CE certified
Required experience in the following database and programming languages:
ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, and Microsoft .NET 4.0., & SQL Server.
Experience in GUI design & AJAX
Experience in implementing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) via the web.
Experience designing detailed programs, data modeling, flowcharts, and diagrams indicating required actions and sequence of operations.
.NET software development using Entity Framework, LINQ, WCF, BizTalk integration, and SQL Server Reporting.
Desired Experience:
Visual Studio 2017, Jquery
Understand APIs and web services for consuming JSON
Target salary range: $75,001 - $100,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
