Nemours is seeking a Solutions Architect - MyChart (Full-Time), to join our Nemours Children's Health team. This is a REMOTE position.

The Nemours Center for Health Delivery Innovation (CHDI) helps deliver innovation technology solutions that benefit Nemours patient families, including the Nemours app, KidsHealth, Nemours.org, and more.

The Solutions Architect - MyChart is a mid- to senior-level individual contributor involved in the design, development, and configuration of software solutions within CHDI. Where the focus of a Software Engineer is primarily on the development of a software product, the Solutions Architect's focus is broader, with a heavy emphasis on the design and architecture of secure and scalable solutions.

This role is specifically focused on Epic's MyChart. The Solutions Architect - MyChart must be extremely familiar with the architecture of MyChart and capable of supporting the MyChart back end, including: MyChart server build and configuration, applying Epic updates, Interconnect, Kuiper, Strings Manager, SSO, and web services. They should also have experience with Windows OS servers.

• Solutions Architecture : Collaborate with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into pragmatic, scalable solutions

• Development / Configuration : Develop or configure designed solutions according to the design and business requirements

• Planning : Plan, track, and schedule software deliverables in concert with other teams

• Deployment : Participate in the production deployment process to ensure seamless releases. (May need to occasionally work outside of normal work hours to do so.)

• Documentation : Create and maintain thorough documentation of designed solutions

• Training : Train team and other relevant parties on the pertinent aspects of designed solutions

• Analysis : Perform analysis and periodic review of features and architecture and identify improvement opportunities

• Support : Test, troubleshoot, and analyze complex system problems and determine solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• Minimum of five (5) + years experience required.

• Epic MyChart certification preferred.

• Epic Client Systems Administrator: MyChart preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal/communications skills to facilitate effective interaction with team members in a remote work environment
