**Job Description:**
To enhance the DMAC support capabilities by retaining intellectual knowledge and top talent through a contractor conversion plan. This will mitigate the risk of service degradation due to contractor attrition.
DMAC contractors are currently staffed in Premium MAC Fulfillment roles across the U.S. supporting and maintaining: Inventory Management, PC Build, Install and Break/Fix, User Move coordination and execution (GBAM/GWIM/Consumer). This functional model has been in place since 2002 in Hopewell we support the entire campus of 7000 client, 2 Major Project are on the books to decommission both buildings 1100 / 1200, Milton has the knowledge and work ethic to assist with these projects.

This position covers daily operation support for Trading and Front office areas, they need expedite attention and resolution. We need to provide nearly zero downtime for these areas due to the volume of transactions and money involved.
Time response is of the essence, with COVID contingency, remote support skills should be used for providing users world class support.
Employee will be responsible for following global defined processes and for generating evidence to prove adherence.
Cooperate with other technical areas from other countries for business assessment needs and for generating plans for remediation or implementation.

The responsibilities of the DMAC Positions is to ensure that Bank of America Executives and Marketing teams receive expedite quality service.
Major Responsibilities:
Executive and Event Support
Provide day-to-day support to the companys most senior executives and their Executive Assistants by providing highly professional and white glove service.
Ability to work effectively with internal Bank of America organizational partners and external vendors.
Basic IP addressing knowledge to include configuration of Static IP addresses and setting up LANs
Ability to oversee equipment installation, on-site technical contractor support, daily conference operations, and breakdown after each event.
Organized ability to prepare equipment for event by ensuring equipment meets all company guidelines for accessing the company network. Ensuring proper applications and drivers are installed and updated, including configuring non-trading and trading desktops and laptops.
Ability to learn quickly, extremely flexible, punctual and reliable and great people skills for dealing with a very demanding clientele (Senior Executives, and Event Executives).
Be familiar with local regulations related to Banco de Mexico local authority
Remote support management, prioritizing urgency vs importance
Desired Skills
Thorough Cisco TelePresence and Audio Bridge functional knowledge Thorough knowledge of HP laptops, Surface Pro and desktops, bringing a strong ability to troubleshoot, resolve or escalate to resolution Thorough knowledge of mobile device. Their functions and troubleshooting for Apple, Samsung, and Blackberry devices. Knowledge of Incident/Problem tracking system for reporting incidents (i.e., Remedy) Knowledge of Microsoft application suite Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Adobe Reader. Ability to think quickly, resolve technical issues and ability to know when to escalate Ability to attend meetings with Marketing partners with focus to capture and manage all technology requirements- Office suite medium knowledge, will be helping users with Office Macros configuration. Deep rooted and curious drive for continual learning/growth mindset Ability to setup/troubleshoot local, network printers.
