**Job Description:**
This is a great opportunity to join the Enterprise Credit Issues, and Exam Management Team. We are seeking an Issues and Exam Management Specialist. The Issues and Exam Management Specialist will partner with the Business Control Manager and Business Support Executive, WC Process and Policy Owners, Audit, Credit Review and the WC Quality Testing (QT) Team to help drive consistent execution of policy and procedure in support of Enterprise Credit issue remediation efforts.
When a potential gap in our current processes is identified which may require a Self-Identified Audit Issue (SIAI), the Issues and Exam Management Specialist will help with documenting the Issue, Issue socialization, opening the Issue in the Enterprise Issues Management System.
The Issues and Exam Management Specialist will also assist with adhoc reporting and monitoring responsibilities for the Issues Remediation Portfolio. These responsibilities will be to identify, aggregate, and report out to leadership status updates and next steps to mitigate risk in the Issues portfolio. The Issues and Exam Management Specialist will assist in the execution of governance routines established for the Issues portfolio.
Additionally, the Issue and Exam Management Specialist will partner with Global Regulatory Relations in supporting the execution of Regulator exams requests related to Enterprise Credit.
3-5 Years in project management involving complex cross-functional projects or programs with a focus on business controls
Participant must be detail orientated and demonstrate a high regard for data accuracy
Working knowledge of Policy/Standard and Enterprise Credit Procedures and Controls
Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with leadership, Compliance, Enterprise Process Oversight (EPO), Audit and Credit Review on a regular basis
Candidate must be highly organized and a self-starter
Experience in credit underwriting, monitoring and familiar with credit policy and procedures.
Ability to work independently and self-manage
Ability to problem solve and develop recommendations that are focused on risk mitigation and effective controls
Strong verbal communication and collaboration skills
Ability to lead and execute with a positive, energetic attitude
Candidate should be comfortable driving requests with limited direction/oversight
Candidate must be able to effectively analyze large sets of data and present findings in an executive manner
