SENIOR CONTENT MANAGER

ABOUT THE POSITION AND OUR TEAM:
Youll lead content creation and production across our web pages, blogs, webinars, presentations, collateral, and others. This is a unique opportunity to play a large role in shaping the TransImpact product and solutions through a unique approach to content marketing for both lead generation and through leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to define and communicate brand voice and messaging strategies
Own the global Marketing content calendar and messaging strategy
Produce compelling messaging that aligns with brand standards while understanding the strategic objective
Write, proofread, and edit copy at various stages of the writing process while ensuring editorial standards are met
Work across teams, markets, and channels (i.e. social media, email, ads, packaging, web pages, and PR) to position new products, features, and promotions
Deliver taglines, messaging, and content across products, channels, and markets that moves the needle
Create processes and mechanisms to ensure efficiency and scale content creation globally
Ensure both SEO content writing and SEO copywriting are defined and managed
Work cross-functionally to deliver accurate positioning of our brand and products
Manage workload with little oversight to ensure multiple deliverables are completed
Conduct customer and competitive research while staying ahead of digital marketing and industry trends
Own the audit and feedback loops with teams who create customer-facing copy enabling them to uphold voice and brand standards
Manage a team of writers
Job responsibilities and any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and support our organizations values
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree required
Marketing, communication, journalism experience at a minimum of 10 years
Relevant experience supporting a team
Excellent written and verbal communications
HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics experience is required
Detail-oriented.
Self-starter.
Strong work ethic.
Drive for excellence.
WORK AND TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS:
This is a full-time position. This position can be Office, Hybrid or Remote. Candidates close to our Emerald Isle, NC office is preferred.
