Sr Data Technology Analyst - Service Restoral Architect

**Job Description:**
This role is responsible for working with application teams to determine the data impact of service destruction events and restoral processes to drive specific LOB/FLU service restoral. While the candidates primary focus will be on data and data impact, the candidate will also work with peer technical teams and project managers to compile enterprise service restoral plans for LOB/FLU services.
Primary Duties/ Key Responsibilities
+ Accountable for working with application technical teams to identify, blueprint and document the data impact for a given LOB/FLU service destruction event / restoral process.
+ Work with peer architect teams to use data impact processes to integrate into a complete service restoral plan for a given LOB/FLU service.
+ Examine and identify possible data resiliency gaps and provide guidance on remediation.
+ Work with applications teams to keep data impact plans and blueprints updated yearly.
Required Key Skills
+ Minimum of 7+ years in data architecture, including database design, database load processes.
+ Minimum of 7+ years of experience in multiple data platforms, including Oracle / SQL Server / Teradata / DB2 Midrange / DB2 Mainframe.
+ Minimum of 6+ years of experience in data load processes / protocols and technologies such SFTP / NDM / Direct Connect and industry standard ETL tools.
+ Experience in reverse engineering existing data load and storage design to identify restoral processes and priorities.
+ Must have working knowledge of all BAC technical migration processes / standards, including ITSM
+ Must have impeccable written and oral communication skills, down to data / technical blueprinting and documentation.
Enterprise Role Summary:
Understands and works across teams on all downstream provisioning requirements for the domain. Assists with an inventory of all applications in the data flow for the domain. Supports data domain adherence to EDM Standards, including implementation and monitoring of all required transport controls and maintenance of all required metadata. Assists in remediation of data incidents.
