Responsibilities Development and Management of Quality & Food Safety Systems and tools for manufacturing locations and distribution warehouses to drive all Quality, Food Safety and regulatory compliance and initiatives across PBNA. Develop strategic plans to drive execution of current and future Quality & Food Safety initiatives through enhancements to current systems or design and implementation of new systems. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute system enhancements to increase compliance and end user acceptability. Develop and execute system trainings for the field to ensure compliance with the Quality & Food Safety Systems requirements and tools. Manage a diverse technical team, ensuring continued growth and impactful contributions. Develop strategic plans to drive execution of current and future Quality & Food Safety initiatives through enhancements to current systems or design and implementation of new systems, partnering with external and internal technical teams and organizations Strategically plan and manage an expanding team of analysts to effectively support current and future applications and system integrations Oversight and management of master data in SAP and the corresponding SAP integrations to InfinityQS Support PBNAs larger digitization journey through governance and partnering with DVCs paperless quality initiative Develop and manage Quality & Food Safety Systems and tools for manufacturing locations and distribution warehouses to drive all Quality, Food Safety and regulatory compliance and initiatives across PBNA Oversee financial management of SCQ sector budgets covering approximately 60 manufacturing locations (COBO) and 350 distribution warehouses for vendors, FSMA spend, and auditing expense Develop and manage quality control documents within the Quality Control Website to drive Quality & Food Safety Compliance and Continuous Improvement through efficient/timely revisioning, searchability, and accuracy Develop and/or oversee development and execution of training tools designed to ensure plant personnel and cross functional partners can consistently display technical competence and confidence in effectively utilizing the system tools and applications Analyze field capability and utilization of quality systems (plant & warehouse) and develop action plans to enhance performance, operation, and drive continuous improvement Raises the profile of quality & food safety across the system and ensuring quality & food safety is embedded in the culture of the organization. Anticipate future needs of the business through trends and insights. Develop strategic plans that focus on advanced tools and improved solutions to support the SCQ team driving Quality & Food Safety Compliance, continuous improvement, and increased efficiency including mobile and paperless options; this includes research, learning, and collaboration with many external groups/partners and expertise to advance current technologies Evaluates to identify potential trends within our supply chain and uses this information to proactively improve and strengthen our current processes. Lead and uplift a team of technical professionals ensuring delivery of performance goals that have been aligned to the strategic initiatives established. The SCQC Systems Manager must leverage their strong technical and interpersonal skills and influential leadership to bring together cross functional teams to develop strategic plans & manage quality systems necessary to achieve overall food safety objectives. The successful candidate must demonstrate a passion for optimizing systems and processes as well as identifying emerging needs for new systems in order to ensure that our facilities are efficiently meeting Quality & Food Safety requirements. Compensation and Benefits: The expected salary range is $ 100500 -$ 145600. Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
