Responsibilities
As a technical marketing engineer in Xilinx Core Vertical Markets (CVM) serving the greater china region, you will be working closely with Xilinx sales teams to identify, address and fulfill customers technical needs. The CVM includes six market segments: Automotive, Industrial, Aerospace and Defense, Test Measurement, ProAV, Broadcast and Consumer. You are required to generate architectural proposals, technical viability studies, competitive analysis and participate in official response to key customers RFQs or RFPs (request for quote or request for proposals), etc.
You are expected to apply your embedded software expertise alongside with your product management, technical and marketing skill to analyze key customer and market needs and subsequently help with Xilinxs next generation product definition.
You will be able to develop and provide on-line and on-site technical trainings and hands on demos to variant audience including customers, solution partners, distributor FAEs, etc.
You will have opportunity to represent Xilinx delivering technical speeches at conferences, tradeshows, seminars, webinars, etc. from a domain expert perspective.
Qualifications
Experienced embedded system software expert in the areas of AI, Video codec and processing, Computer Vision, Tool Flow and Methodology
Experiences with Linux based SOCs plus profound background in Machine Learning
Knowledge and skills of Autoware, AutoSAR/MCAL, Functional Safety and Security a big plus
Experiences in Automotive OEMs / Tier1 and/or with FPGAs a plus
Must be able to develop trustworthy and close working relationship with your sales peers, customers, external solution partners.
Expected to become a strong contributor in one or more of these areas within 3 months
BSEE required / MSEE preferred
