Based in Orlando, FL and reporting to the Sr. Manager, Technology the **Manager, Product Optimization** will oversee a team of (10+) cast and contractors, both on-shore and off-shore, including Software Engineers and Data Analysts who work in analytics engineering and operations, data analytics, and digital product optimization. Software Engineers within this team manage the analytics framework which enables DPEP Technology and Digital marketing technology stack, analytics implementation, and frontend development work for A/B/n testing and optimization campaigns. Data analysts on this team perform comprehensive analysis of digital product optimization campaigns across web and mobile app. This includes projects around A/B/n testing, Adobe Machine Learning, Adobe Target Profile, and Adobe Recommendations. This core team manages the Adobe Target and Adobe Launch tools and DPEP Technology and Digital Analytics Engineering and Digital Product Optimization program. The role will proactively identify, communicate, and build scalable and performative solutions that improve business outcomes, with a focus on efficient, creative solutions to complex problems.

**Basic Qualifications**
Minimum 7 years digital analytics experience and/or A/B/n testing and optimization experience
2 years management or relevant leadership experience
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or other comparable web analytics applications
Advanced experience in providing actionable analytics and proposing optimization tactics
Deep understanding of A/B Testing, audience segmentation and content targeting
Advanced knowledge of data architecture, data mining, and analytics tracking
Advanced technical expertise on web development and/or app development
Advanced experience in handling complex data sets in various tools and applications
Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Familiarity with statistics and statistical software
Experience in strategic marketing and planning
Required knowledge of industry-standard project execution methodologies like Agile/SCRUM
Experience leading large scale business transformational projects with numerous up/downstream system integrations
Ability to quickly analyze and understand the impacts of data structures in order to deliver highly optimized applications
**Preferred Qualifications**
Experience in monetizing actions such as insights delivered or testing
Understanding of direct marketing and personalization
Experience with business intelligence tools
Advanced knowledge of statistical testing methodology
MBA or equivalent work experience
Travel Industry and ecommerce experience
Experience with Disney Digital applications (or relevant), specifically concentrating on Theme Park Ticket, Park Reservations, connecting systems, and vendor solutions
Knowledge of data structures, product configuration and vendor products
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or similar field or related work experience
