**Job Description Summary**
Responsible for assisting in the creation of useful and desirable software products and service experiences for the industrial internet of things. Contributes to multiple user experience engagements and highly complex projects that require in-depth knowledge across multiple specialized business domains. In this role youll be working in a small team and will be doing both UX and UI work, from research all the way through high-fidelity web application designs.
**Job Description**
**Your responsibilities will Include:**
Develop scenarios and customer journey maps.
Prototyping / mockup of interactive web interfaces and interaction design patterns.
Solve difficult UX problems with creative UI patterns.
Conduct usability tests.
Participate in creation of UX and UI mockups (lo-fi and ho-fi).
Research trends and competition in UX and UI.
Map business processes.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers.
Help add to a growing design system for the Aviation Software business.
**What we expect:**
A strong portfolio of work covering UX and UI interaction work is required.
Experience creating/managing design systems and complex web interaction patterns.
A great sense of typography, use of color, space, and grid systems.
Our primary design product is Figma, so a deep experience with the tool is absolutely required. Also, experience with additional vector tools such as Illustrator is preferred.
Strong communication skills - both written and oral - at team levels and in meetings with stakeholders and users.
Familiarity with WCAG accessibility best practices.
Demonstrated strong understanding of Agile / Lean UX methodologies.
Demonstrates sensitivity to key cultural issues.
Demonstrated experience with UI animation techniques.
Experience creating things with HTML/CSS is not a hard requirement, but is certainly preferred.
**Education Qualifications**
Bachelor's Degree in Design with minimum years of experience 5 years
