North American Digital Consumer Division
The newly-created North American Digital Consumer Division focuses on the delivery and ownership of consumer-focused digital initiatives for Chubbs North American personal lines businesses.
You will build and head up our newly created Product Factory team, driving our product development and implementation, reporting to the President, NA Digital Consumer Division.
Your responsibilities will be to:
Build out and lead the Product Factory team that covers both P&C and L&H insurance products and related services. The team will include cross-functional working teams for product research, product design, terms and conditions writing, actuarial, and filings. Initially, you will be hands on with current initiatives to understand the ins and outs of the Digital Consumer product approach
Own the Digital Consumer product roadmap, coordinating stakeholder needs, resources, and division asset development
Deliver relevant and modern insurance products and services, and build out the Digital Consumer Divisions product portfolio
Approach product development as a holistic process across all functions, not just a "T&C, pricing, and filing" process
Work with the stakeholders of the North American Digital Consumer Division to identify and drive forward their product needs while prioritizing internal resources
You bring the following to the table:
5+ years leading in a dynamic insurance product development environment, 5+ years working in a digital environment, 10+ years pushing the traditional boundaries of insurance
Experience with a variety of products across P&C and L&H personal lines
Demonstrated leadership ability in identifying opportunities and test hypotheses, aligning on overall vision and priorities, connecting business goals to product roadmap, and leading iterative concept testing for new features and products
Experience working with Agile development teams and expertise in the product development lifecycle, demonstrating mastery of planning, prioritization and effective communication in a fast-paced development cycle
Proven application of qualitative and quantitative data to make business decisions, measure outcomes, and drive execution to deliver meaningful impact and growth
Demonstrated experience leading through ambiguity: you are an entrepreneurial, experimental and data-driven leader with a passion for testing and developing new products in an ambiguous environment
