Key Job Duties/Responsibilities
Work with internal and external system administrators to integrate independent identity provider solutions
Collaborate directly with the Information Security and Privacy teams on topics related to user access
Troubleshoot moderate to complex issues with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
Provide support for moderate to complex issues with a PAM solution as well as security certificates
Document standards and procedures related to your team
Manage small to medium personal projects for upgrade, new and/or replacement solutions
Ensures requests and projects are completed on time and within scope
Monitor and manage certificate requests
Keeps leadership informed on systems performance and problems.
Act as an escalation path for level I analysts

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Information Systems or a related field and six (6) years of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
Preferred Skills
Advanced knowledge and experience with SSO, LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD, SAML 2.0, OAUTH, ADFS, multi-factor authentication, privileged access management, and identity federations
Have a solid understanding of Role-Based Access control and products, OAuth, Single Sign On, and related access and identity management
Working knowledge of RDBMS solutions such as MS SQL
Understanding and demonstrated experience with certificate management
Demonstrate ability to prioritize and multi-task
Demonstrate effective problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
Demonstrated ability working in a team environment
