Job Summary:

The Technology Deployment Services Manager is responsible for leading the identification, development and deployment of resources and technical assistance to support Indiana early care and education programs. The goal is to assist in the adoption and implementation of technology and data systems to support program operations and management. The Manager will research, build and develop new partnerships that support the deployment of resources to providers related to technology and online systems designed to eliminate the gap that exists beyond vendor- provided onboarding support, including system discovery and selection, implementation of best practices, operational components including policy and procedure development, and team onboarding, support and adoption.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Leads and directs cross-functional team collaborations and develops strategy in support of the

overall project plan and strategic direction of the project.

Leads development of menu of services to support early care and education program technology adoption, implementation and ongoing success.

Develops and manages procedures, implements strategic initiatives and completes tasks that impact the project.

Increases availability and use of formal documentation to support use and implementation of technology and online systems that support early care and education programs.

Increases effectiveness of early care and education programs use and implementation of technology, databases, and related policies, procedures and practices.

Increases use of technology by childcare providers.

Executes the strategic plan set by the Director of Advance Solutions & Impact.

Ensures compliance with Company, State and Federals standards; along with licensing requirements.

Supports business development by contributing to start-up activities and on-going project support.

Provides strategic and operational recommendations to achieve project goals.

Participates in assigned meetings, events and training as required.

Team Leadership

Leads assigned department personnel, which may include providing oversight and input into hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, as well as ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and the completion of all work performed by team members.

Educates team members on all department and company policies and procedures.

Meets with team members regularly to identify and resolve problems, manage projects, track goals, and review work processes and procedures.

Represents team and/or department at meetings, events, and training as needed.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Community Development, Social

Work or related field required. Masters degree preferred.

Minimum of three (3) years of previous management experience required.

Exceptional written and verbal skills are required.

Background checks are required for this position.

Travel required locally or long-distance up to 20% of the time for work-related meetings

and functions

Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

This position earns up to 80,000.00 Annually
