**Job Description:**



Application and Production Support for Tools, drive projects that reduce risk and manual effort, handle administrative duties related to incident, change, and

problem management.



Required Skills:



+ 5-10 Years supporting the IBM Guardium product

+ Previous experience in providing Production Support

+ Manages Complexity works effectively in a complete environment (e.g. environment spanning multiple functions, shifts, platforms, geographies)

+ Communicates and Influences- Must be able to communicate to and influence all levels of the organization

+ Ability to produce quality documentation (understand difference between standard, best practice, design & process documents.

+ Attention to detail - able to complete complex processes with multiple interdependent steps



Desired Skills:



+ Demonstrates Business Acumen- must possess the ability to quickly assess situations and make decisions that will benefit the organization and stabilize the infrastructure behind it.

+ Work in a competitive and demanding environment where creativity and problemsolving skills required.

+ Capable of quickly learning new technologies and procedures, as well as being willing to train others in procedures mastered as part of implementations.

+ Previous experience working within a Financial Institution

+ Ability to create and analyze requirements documentation

+ Unix system administration and scripting experience a plus

**Jersey City pay range:**



$70,000 - $110,000

annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
