+ Build and maintain relationships with key university faculty and serve as single point of contact for the firm at select set of schools
+ Develop a deep understanding of perceptions and needs of students, faculty and administration to seek opportunities to advance students skills and experiences
+ Identify, develop and implement opportunities for co-branding and partnerships with key universities for industry and academic related initiatives.
+ Stay connected to overall campus recruiting strategy, be knowledgeable about the different programs offered at Citi
+ Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders within Citi business units
+ Develop strategy for key universities in partnership with campus recruiters, senior management, internal marketing team including communications, social media and virtual recruitment opportunities
+ Prepare briefing documents for senior leaders involved in campus events outlining our history with the university, the strategy/plan for the year and prep senior speakers prior to events
+ Drive and communicate recruiting calendar and plan, school policies, deadlines (i.e. application, interviews), event details and logistics
+ Fully plan and attend in-person and virtual events that promote Citi to candidates at key universities.
+ Track and measure all key metrics and criteria around ROI for selected universities (i.e. spend, yield, participation) that help inform overall campus recruiting strategy
+ Debrief after recruiting season each year to summarize activities
+ Keep internal stakeholders informed of the market trends that may impact recruitment strategies and help influence stakeholders to ensure organization competitive positioning
+ Work with HR partners in sites when using campus as source to ensure relationships with universities are aligned with the overall campus recruiting strategy
+ Maintain policy and guidelines for approach at non-target universities
+ Contribute to the overall strategy while ensuring day-to-day operational excellence
+ Support University Relations team on ad-hoc projects and requests
+ Co-manage Sophomore Leadership Program Internship
The ideal candidate will be a college graduate, preferably with 2-3 years of campus recruiting, event planning, marketing or other HR experience. Should also have:
+ Proven track record leading a progressive campus recruiting effort preferably for a financial services firm
+ Desire to be in a client-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in recruiting
+ Specialized knowledge and expertise of academic institutions and curriculums
+ Collaborative and relationship driven with demonstrated creativity
+ Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects in a very fast-paced environment
+ Strong time management skills, organizational skills, work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency and attention to detail
+ Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
+ Must be comfortable speaking and presenting to large groups and possess strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communication
+ Must be able to multitask and bring projects through to completion with minimal supervision
+ Must be able to influence, negotiate and consult effectively
