**Unit Description**


Sodexo is seeking a **National Client Executive to** oversee food services and catering for a Large National Account with 26 locations in the US.


**The position is based in Manhattan New York City, New York.** Client organization delivers business and market news, data analysis and video to the world. You will connect with decision makers to a dynamic network of information, people and ideas, Client organization quickly and accurately delivers business and financial information, news and insights around the world. This client requires high level food and catering servicewith extensive F&B experience with either multi-site or large portfolio experience.This position requires that the candidate must have superior data analysis knowledge, a keen sense for marketing and the ability to create dynamic financial presentations. In this position the client is looking for an innovative and creative strategic manager.


Ideal candidate will have a **proven Client Executive level experience** with strong strategic leadership, financial acumen, talent management, communication skills, and project management skills. Strong team development skills, client relationship skills and with experience are musts. Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the properties through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees including financial performance, client retention, policy compliance, and employee training & development. Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload. Works with clients senior level management and SVP in all matters relating to contract and account operations to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention. This position reports to the President of Corporate Services and is required to facilitate on-going portfolio communication, standards and business objectives. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cutting edge thought leadership.

**Position Summary**


Serves as the primary representative for client accounts within a designated geographic area including policy compliance, staff training and development, financial performance, and client retention. Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the area through DMs, regional support staff and regional employees. Works in all matters relating to contract and account operations. Ensures that all employees under their operational control comply with all client, government, corporate and Division policies and procedures.


**Qualifications & Requirements**


Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 10 years

Basic Functional Experience - 10 years of multi-unit, support, or strategic leadership experience
