**The Role:**


The US CCB Cash & Trade business is dramatically transforming its digital banking and product platforms. The Digital Platforms & Product teams mission is to _Be the Best_ and provide the best digital banking experiences for commercial clients. We are reimagining how commercial banking is conducted today by digitally enabling key interactions as well as offering clients innovative cash management and payments solutions that increase their efficiency and profitability while allowing them to focus on growing their business. We are focused on delivering sustained, long-term business benefit to CCB by accelerating our progress towards being an industry-leading digital commercial bank.


The US CCB Digital Platforms & Products team serves the complex digital needs of a very diverse client audience (Commercial Banking, Retail Business Banking, and Commercial Private banking clients), across a number of digital channels (desktop, mobile, file, API).


The US CCB Digital Platforms & Products Project Manager will lead governance and operational readiness activities for our aggressive digital transformation projects as well as project manage key strategic projects and initiatives.


**Key Responsibilities include:**


+ Leads governance forums with cross functional partners to review upcoming CitiBusiness Online Channel enhancements and new Channel features and solutions to solicit buy-in as well as approvals (Legal & Compliance, Risk, Fraud, etc.)

+ Coordinates launch activities with Digital Platforms and Cash Products product managers, marketing, sales and service, including hosting operational readiness forums, updating forms, agreements and procedures, helping prepare Product Approval Committee materials, coordinating key trainings and communications.

+ Project manages key regulatory, complex digital transformation and product development projects coordinating across various Citi Product and Technology teams and lines of businesses.

+ Tracks all deliverables across cross functional teams and ensure timelines & milestones are met in all project phases. Communicate with stakeholders status of deliverables and flags potential risks and delays to projects

+ Manages key and controls activities across US CCB Cash & Trade Digital Platforms & Products, including annual review of cash and platform agreements and disclosures as well as regular control updates.

+ Runs key strategic initiatives across US CCB Cash & Trade Digital Platforms & Products, including managing timelines, communications, collection of KPI, metrics and other updates.


**Qualifications & Competencies:**


+ At least 3 years experience project managing key digital projects and strategic initiatives

+ Experience project managing large-scale digital transformation technology projects and strategic initiatives

+ Strong organizational skills, including crafting comprehensive project plans and capturing detailed minutes and next steps.

+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written must be able to sell to others and easily summarize & simplify complex concepts

+ Strong influencing skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of seniority across a matrixed organization

+ Proficient problem solver, can remove obstacles with minimal involvement from seniors

+ Self-motivated and independent thinker

+ Astute analytical skills and great attention to detail

+ Has a sense of urgency, thrives in a rapidly evolving environment

+ Experience working with Agile projects and teams

+ Basic knowledge of Cash products and technical competency a plus

+ Experience in ADA Website compliance WCAG 2.0+ compliance a plus

**Education:**


+ Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience

+ Masters degree preferred
