Summary of Position

Support the marketing department/teams to advance the effectiveness of our web properties and contribute to the growth
and capabilities of our digital team.
Collaborate with our partners to determine digital objectives and develop applications that align those goals and support our
digital strategy.
Build engaging and interactive webpages within Adobe Experience Manager, optimized to be mobile responsive.
Improve the development and QA workflow using a continuous integration and development philosophy.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Owners/Operations teams on automation integrations with the website and
email marketing platform, including script management, API connections, and technical alignment for web pages and
campaigns.
Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders, marketing, design, and IT to craft and develop best-in-class digital
experiences.

Principal Accountabilities

Initiative & Project Management
Meet with clients and explain web best practices and design concepts.
Collaborate and maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams to maximize reach of web content efforts and
ensure alignment across channels and teams.
Own web projects from beginning to end, from gathering of requirements, understanding limitations, design and
development, to testing, launch, and support.
Review user feedback to identify and correct problems with the website.

Delivery & Execution
Provide website development feedback and feasibility checks during project planning and evaluation.
Document project updates and status using project management software.
Develop page mockups based on project requirements.
Develop unique interactive experiences that push the boundaries and resonate with a variety of audiences.
Collaborate with vendors and marketing partners to implement new front-end web features.

Day-to-Day Production
Create, update, and maintain content in web content management system.
Arrange, edit, and create content for websites; assist with approving all web content prior to going live on website.
Execute content updates and correction requests from marketing managers within the CMS.
Assist with programming and coding of specific features within an application.
Stay one step ahead of translating designs/ideas into functional applications or code.
Follow established coding standards, writing, and design style guides.

QA & Optimization
Manage process for regular content review of key pages and ensure all pages are reviewed on schedule.
Test functionality of the application code on multiple browsers based on business and development requirements to
ensure code meets agreed upon specifications as well as generate and update testing documents.
Review project deliverables to ensure project parameters and results are complete and accurate.
Contribute to the overall user experience; edit and update existing web pages to optimize user experience.

Tracking & Measurement
Implement tracking / tagging scripts across our brand website, marketing campaigns, and partner landing pages.
Assist with the maintenance of data integrity across applications - including inserting, updating and deleting data
based on application specifications to ensure continuous data consistency.
Assist development of digital solutions by researching options and providing recommendations.

Team & Department Evolution
Integrate the Speak Human guidelines into all campaigns and deliverables, internally and externally.
Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
Adhere to team processes (workflow, development, approvals, QA) ensuring consistency and stability.
Contribute to integration efforts that ensure visibility and understanding of digital initiatives across our department.
Bring creativity, flexibility and a questioning approach to all work - reflecting the evolving nature of our workstreams
and department.

Education, Training, Licenses, Certifications

Bachelor's degree in digital media, marketing, business, communications, journalism, design or related field

Relevant Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

3-5 years of relevant work experience required
2-4 years of experience with web development required
2-4 years of experience in email development and responsive design required
Expertise in writing modular, reusable, and responsive HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript required
Understanding of cross-browser completability and web standards required
Experience working with APIs required
Critical thinking, analytical skills, and ability to develop concepts, ideas, or content into strong visual presentations that
maximize marketing effectiveness required
Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong editing, grammar, and proof-reading skills required
Development and integration experience using a Content Management System required
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager / SalesForce Marketing Cloud preferred
Comfortable with templating languages and application of logic - programming knowledge preferred
Previous experience with agile methodology and version control preferred
