Job Title: Window Service Coordinator

The Project Coordinator/ Superintendent is responsible for supervising Hardware Specialists in the performance of their duties. Interfacing with different departments on IT related projects such as network wiring and installation of network systems. Associate is responsible for analyzing the invoices from the Phone Companies. Associate is also responsible for overseeing al other IT related projects and is also responsible to be the backup for the Telecom Support Analyst and Hardware Coordinator. Associate is also responsible for training and evaluating Hardware Specialists three times a year.
Essential Functions:
Daily job activities
Execute schedules and sequences
Manage job site personnel
Execute all daily and weekly field reports
Execute company safety policies and procedures
Track job progress and report daily
Track materials and waste
Manage daily certified payroll to turn in to PM
Daily site meetings and reports
Make sure all details are being followed according to contract docs
Help facilitate pay apps with PM
Track schedule and sequence and report to PM on a daily basis
Facilitate site logistics plan, think ahead of progress and coordinate any future issues with site Superintendent and sub personnel
Other task to be added as we grow.
Computer Skills: Spreadsheet Software, Inventory Software, Internet Software, and Database Software, Order Processing and Word Processing Systems
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and government regulations; write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals; effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
The minimum requirements for this position are an Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
