**Workstation Admin (Endpoint Engineer/SCCM/Intune Engineer)-**
**Job summary**
Expected to administer Microsoft management platforms such as Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune, in addition to providing technical assistance and training Tier II and Service Desk technicians, utilizing problem-solving skills, by performing the following duties.
**Responsibilities**
Essential duties and responsibilities of the Endpoint Administrator include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Administer enterprise class management tools, such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Configuration Manager/Intune (MEMCM)
+ Provide third level of support for IT team
+ Handle software and licensing management
+ Operating System deployment/provisioning through ConfigMgr MDT/OSD and Windows AutoPilot
+ Mobile device management (iOS, Android, OSX)
+ Develop complex scripts for automation (PowerShell, batch, VBScript, WMI)
+ Device lifecycle management
+ Software and OS patches
+ Hardware and Software Compliance
+ Group Policy/Intune Profile creation and assignment
+ Administer remote access and EDR tools including TeamViewer Tensor and CrowdStrike
**Qualifications**
+ Ability to assist Tier II technicians/service desk
+ 3 years experience in general workstation administration with MEMCM
+ 3 years experience in software packaging or tools such as AdminStudio
+ Ability to be a self-starter
Computer Skills
Must possess a high degree of PC hardware and software troubleshooting and provisioning, Active Directory, ConfigMgr/Intune, OS troubleshooting, virus defense solution, and iOS/Android mobile device knowledge. MacOS experience is a plus
