**Job Description:**



Provide technical and business support to the business on multiple Reconciliation applications and also involves managing Incidents, Releases, and various projects.



Responsibilities Include:



+ Handle escalations and drive Incidents end to end including follow-up after resolution for problem management

+ Coordinate with different stakeholders of different departments

+ Investigate and resolve production issues with minimal impact to Users and operations

+ Should automate manual tasks by scripting /programming

+ Handle releases to production, user queries

+ Should provide on call support and if required, need to login for handling issues Investigate and resolve production issues with minimal impact to Users and operations

+ Should automate manual tasks by scripting /programming

+ Handle releases to production, user queries, etc

+ Should provide on call support and if required, need to login for handling issues



Required Skills:



+ UNIX / Linux OS, knowledge of scripting languages perl and/or pythoin

+ Executing commands to trace orders flow and identify slow/pending orders

+ Analyzing logs using common UNIX syntax and order tracer command set

+ Distributed Networks/Routers/Firewalls

+ Execute trouble shooting commands to identify slow network sessions and bottlenecks



Desired Skills:



+ SRE experience, scripting languages such as Python Experience of development life cycle

+ Knowledge of Unix, Windows and databases (SQL, Oracle and Sybase)

+ Experience in investment banking support environment

+ ITIL Certification would be an added advantage

**Jersey City pay range:**



$70,000 - $120,000

annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
