**Job Description:**



Provide operational and administrative support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within the Global Procurement team. Gather and organize data in order to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans. Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management. Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture. Incumbents typically have over 5+ years of risk management, global procurement and/or LOB/ECF procurement related experience



The role will support the Global Procurement applications from an administrative perspective. The team collectively is responsible for day to day support in a variety of manners. Systems include but are not limited to Ariba, VRPM, mySource, xRA, TEMPO and GEP. This will include administrative support of an application in a variety of ways (system user resets, managing approvals and workflow edits, interface with technology partners for issues / concerns, approving and processing CSV data files, system overrides or task cancellations where approved, exception requests reviews, etc.)



The role will also include require the following:



Project Testing of same systems prior to releases, during releases and break fixes



Project release support during weekend events or after hour CRQ's



ARM Support and access requests of our systems



Weekly technology review sessions



Report generation of operational data within stated systems



The team is also assigned to various projects and design efforts. As an SME, the individual is a key resource when new initiatives are being developed or considered. The team member will work closely with the project team to ensure new project functionality supports or adheres to the operational goals. The team member will also work closely with the process design team for a similar reason (ensure we are building or changing applications within the guidelines of the GP admin team).

Must have these skills to be minimally qualified.



Background in operations, information systems, networking, project management or other relevant educational degree which includes support and technology interfacing



Background in Ariba, VRPM, Vendor Management or a vendor risk understanding function



**Desired Skills:**



A background in Operations support (ideally within a global procurement discipline) of at least 5 years
