The Engineering & Sciences (E&S) organization at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for you to join our team as Administrative Functional Support 4 based out of Woodland Hills, CA. This position will be responsible for supporting E&S personnel and Executive leaders with their administrative needs in addition to special tasks and projects. Personnel supported may include multiple managers and a director. Support will include making travel arrangements, creating expense reports, processing service maintenance renewals, ordering parts and supplies, ordering catering, approving invoices, meeting and conference bookings, submitting facilities requests, ESARS and shipping requests, distributing mail, providing Technical Research Library assistance, and new hire onboarding. Additional tasks may be assigned based on organizational needs.
**What Youll get to Do:**
+ Interact and coordinate with Engineering leadership and other departments
+ Will initiate and follow through on Request To Order (RTO), Purchase Requisition (PR) and /or Purchase Order (PO) processing
+ Become proficient in the training system, currently Learning Exchange (LX), in order to run monthly reports, generate metrics, monitor training compliance, schedule courses, and support engineers with training needs
+ Will complete special task assignments from the WH Site Engineering Director such as maintaining staffing and hiring metrics, coordinating summer intern events, supporting new hire onboarding, organizing conferences or large meetings on site, and supporting visiting Executives
+ May be required to obtain a Corporate Credit Card for use in handling engineering event expenses
+ Will collaborate with other administrative assistants, and fill in for them as needed
+ Will ensure office supplies are available and replenished as necessary
+ Other tasks may be assigned commensurate with skills and organizational needs

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related experience.
+ Executive presence and ability to work with executive level managers and customers.
+ Significant meeting and event support required
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
+ Experience with Concur or similar travel/expense application.
+ US Citizenship is required in order to obtain and maintain security clearance
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Advanced use of the Microsoft Office Suite and other software productivity tools.
+ Demonstrated experience working with minimal supervision while exercising good judgment, demonstrating flexibility and agility, prioritizing multiple tasks with competing deadlines, managing schedule conflicts and providing excellent follow through.
+ Active DoD Secret Clearance
Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $106,300.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
