Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Jersey City, New Jersey location.
Duties: Analyze business and user requirements. Undertake development activities to update existing technologies. Develop new technologies to enhance Cash Securities processing. Design reusable frameworks. Document functional requirements and operations. Perform unit and integration testing. Manage continuous integration activities including building and maintaining systems. Establish technical roadmap for development activities. Define and establish code standards, monitor code quality and perform peer reviews. Utilize in-depth knowledge and skills across multiple applications development areas to provide technical oversight across systems and applications. Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint. Manage one or more applications in an effort to accomplish established goals. Identify and analyze issues, make recommendations, and implement solutions. Utilize knowledge of business processes, system processes, and industry standards to solve complex issues.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering or related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as an Apps Dev Tech Lead Analyst, Associate, Sr Associate, Programmer Analyst, or related position involving design and development of software applications. 5 years of experience must include: System flow and development standards for coding, testing, debugging and implementation; Design and development of existing and new software modules using latest technologies; Software Engineering, Object Oriented Programming, Database Management Systems, Data Structures & Algorithms using C; Applications programming and programming languages, including C, C++, JAVA/J2EE (EJB, JMS, JDBC and JNDI); Technical oversight across systems and applications; Strategizing application development, support, and solutions while adhering to security and compliance standards; Testing and debugging, utilizing script tools, and writing basic code for design specifications; and MQSeries, EMS with Oracle databases in Windows and UNIX environments.
