**Application/Platform Development Experience**
+ Minimum of 4+ years work experience in Application Support/Migration/Infrastructure Role, preferably in a large scale global Financial Services Organization
+ Experience in large scale enterprise application development and/or support, or Operations and Engineering roles
+ Experience with building enterprise data platforms using java, J2EE, spring, MQ, JMS, cache, Oracle, PL/SQL, UNIX scripting, NDM and RHEL
+ Full-SDLC process, engineering standards and practices, Agile methodology, CD/CD and operational efficiency
+ Experience architecting highly available systems that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability and high availability
**Essential Technical Skills**
+ Experience on **Core Java, struts, spring, jdbc, EJB, JSP, WAS** and Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL based application
+ Expertise in Messaging Services (JMS, TIBCO, EMS, MQ) and WebLogic/WebSphere Application Servers and supporting applications which use these technologies
+ Experience with UNIX (AIX and Linux) Operating Systems, Unix scripting, (Shell, PERL, Python)
+ Experience with IBM NDM, Connect Direct, FTP, SCP, SSH and other data/file transfer technologies
+ Experience with AutoSys Job Scheduling and other automation tools
+ Working knowledge of SMTP, Gateways, etc
+ Working knowledge of monitoring tech stack like ITRS, AppDynamics, ELK, etc.
+ Working knowledge of Change and Release Management tools (ServiceNow, uDeploy)
+ Experience in handling different format like XML, JSON, CSV, etc.
+ Good knowledge of SWIFT messaging and Payment domain is plus
+ Proven track record in problem solving and process improvement

+ Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
+ Proven ability in working with the development team members and other partners, with minimal supervision
+ Strong verbal and written communications skills, excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate well at all levels
+ Team Player, self-starter and thorough who is willing to take on any assigned job/responsibilities
+ Ability to learn new skills quickly with little supervision and ensuring the detail is of high priority
+ Efficiently and effectively manages work, time, and resources.
+ Strong knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
+ Ability to work under high-pressure situations and effectively prioritize in a highly dynamic work environment that includes a global focus.
+ Strong problem solving and program execution skills while being process orientated
+ Ability to understand the big picture can step back and understand the context of problems before applying analytical skills to address the issues.
**Educational Qualifications**
Bachelors Degree in any Business/IT Related discipline with relevant work experience in IT
