Today, with significant ambition to build on the successes in the UK market, A&M Taxand is looking to recruit a Share Plan Lawyer to work closely as an integral part of our Executive Compensation function. Our team supports a large number of Remuneration Committees of UK listed companies as well as boards and management teams of unlisted companies. The majority of our existing clients rely on us for support with their share plans.

This is an exciting opportunity for a UK qualified lawyer to join this fast growing business in assisting clients and team members with the drafting of legal provisions in terms of share plans and incentive arrangements with particular focus on supporting listed companies, tax efficiency and aligning with corporate strategies and communications. The successful candidate will need to be a strong communicator, have experience working with listed companies and be motivated to work with a number of stakeholders, liaising with lawyers both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Draft incentive plan documentation;

  • Provide advice on legal issues associated with incentive plan implementation, ongoing operation and transaction events including co-ordinating international advice; and

  • Contribute to business development initiatives.

Depending on the individual, this role can be full time or part time (minimum 3 days per week)
