Our location in Alameda, CA currently has an opportunity for a Brand Manager, Website Marketing, a critical role within the US Commercial Team. The individual will help to drive awareness, consideration, trial, and loyalty for FreeStyle Libre products by strengthening and evolving ADCs digital destination for our key customer segments. Main Responsibilities
Define and document what good looks like for websites. Influence organic change across organization to evolve best in industry digital destinations.
Champion customer centric approach for websites through close collaboration with cross channel marketing teams.
Collaborate on highly visible web initiatives throughout the program lifecycle - defining requirements, design, development, testing, and launch.
Stay in lock step with channel marketing, agency, and technology partners in agile setup. Prioritize and act promptly on requests.
Build, maintain and evolve a multivariate testing and innovation plan for digital destinations.
Drive content plan for websites with a keen eye on SEO
Define digital KPIs, measurement plans and synthesize data to gain insights for enhancing customer experience & engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4-6 years related experience, with at least one year of experience in marketing or product management, or
MBA with 1-3 years of related experienceÂ
Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking, and analysis of market conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
Executive education or master’s degree is desired and considered a plus.
Working knowledge of Adobe Cloud services (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, AEM)
Marketing experience in medical devices or services, esp. at a large organization. Ability or previous experience working in a regulated industry.
Experience with web analytics, tag management, and CMS platforms
Working knowledge of current web architecture best practices (e.g., design for security, resilience, performance)
Strong quantitative, analytic, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with great attention to detail
Passion for quickly mastering new technology and proven ability to apply it to business needs
Desire to continually learn and expand hands-on technical skills
Great project management skills for a complex, regulated industry and a fast-paced matrixed work environment
