Disney CreativeWorks is a full-service branded content studio and creative agency with global scale, unparalleled access, and a legacy of delighting audiences everywhere.


Our teams goal is to produce solutions for our advertisers and corporate partners by creatively combining our intellectual property with their brands enhancing both and compromising neither. Were looking for someone who can support this team. We leverage distinct content brands and networks ABC, Disney Channel, Disney Digital, ESPN, Freeform, FX, Hulu, and National Geographic.


**Job Summary:**


The Disney CreativeWorks Associate is a key support role for the team. The ideal individual needs to be detail oriented, and have a (nearly) obsessive love and appreciation for preparation, organization and execution. S/he needs to be a self-starter, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across all levels of the organization. Your is are dotted and your ts are crossed. Youve never met a spreadsheet you dont love, and you avoid all typo's.


**There are two key components to this role:**


+ **Project Management.** This includes issuing and tracking talent payments, scheduling and coordinating productions, coordinating travel details, scheduling of meetings and brainstorms, managing our digital media and user access, and more behind the scenes duties to keep the department running smoothly.

+ **Team organization.** Focus on organizing all of our assets and ideas, to allow for easy tracking and archival searches. Support the growing production work, to ensure consistency and accuracy. Provide support to the Executive Creative Director and Director of Production with day-to-day administrative duties.


**Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:**


Overall Responsibilities:


+ Coordinate all aspects of production management

+ Provide administrative support for both Creative Director and Director of Production


Specific Responsibilities:


+ Create, compile and maintain working spreadsheets for account tracking, proposal submissions, budgets, and timelines.

+ Propose and implement process improvements constantly seek out efficiencies and improvements in day-to-day workflow

+ Manage contracts and payments with 3rd party production partners and talent.

+ Source and facilitate stock footage needs.

+ Develop and integrate new processes where none exist.

+ Act as point person for creative assets (raw footage, production photos) and develop asset storage and access procedures

+ Asset Management with vendors, clients and internal partners.

+ Develop project timelines and manage trackers for department projects.

+ Handle legal contract and talent requests.

+ Work with accounting to process invoices

+ Specific clerical tasks include, but are not limited to: coordinating conference calls and meetings, ordering team office supplies, and archiving files.

+ Actively contribute to team brainstorms, developing creative concepts for the Integrated Marketing team.

+ Provide outstanding customer service with the ability to form and continue key internal and external client relationships.

+ Flexibility to occasionally work outside normal business hours in the event of deadlines or projects.





**Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:**


**Basic Qualifications:**


+ Excellent time management, organizational, and problem solving skills.

+ Extreme attention to detail.

+ Strong knowledge of social media landscape and tools.

+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize project workflow and deadlines in a fast pace environment.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills


**Preferred Qualifications:**


+ Experience working a desk in a creative agency with a strong desire to grow in a creative production environment.

+ Experience creating creative presentations/decks.

+ Branded Content experience.
