Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution (DMED) brings together the Companys best-in-class product, technology, and commercialization teams together into one global organization. DMED is responsible for the P&L management and all distribution, network and engineering operations, sales, advertising, data, and certain key technology functions worldwide for the Companys content engines. DMED also manages operations of the Companys streaming services including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+ Hotstar, and domestic broadcast and cable television networks.


This role will be responsible for leading and driving the Business Operations and Strategy team which is part of the Disney CreativeWorks Solutions team. You will be at the ground level, building out the strategic framework and business processes needed to drive positive momentum for Disney CreativeWorks as well as leading the strategic approach for RFI/RFP/Proactive needs across Sports, Nat Geo, Hulu, Multicultural & Inclusive Solutions, Cross Portfolio and other non-program or brand specific work across the larger Disney Advertising portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities:**


+ Manage the business operations and strategy for Disney CreativeWorks Solutions to ensure the commercial expectations and creative output are aligned

+ Develop the go-to-market strategy and positioning for Disney CreativeWorks

+ Drive demand and relationship management for Disney CreativeWorks

+ Serve as the liaison to Sales, External Partners, Advertisers, and associated Agencies

+ Define, build, and maintain centralized DCW pipeline and workflow for RFI/RFP submissions, briefing, project management, activation, and revenue

+ Work with internal partners to establish strategic approach and measurement applications.

+ Identify and develop proactive branded content platforms/packages/products to take to market for DCWS and MC&I

+ Develop a self-serve sponsorship toolkit and repository

+ In partnership with RYM and Finance, develop consistent and unified pricing models based on Entry, Product(s), Distribution, Measurement(s), Communications, and Legal as well as a pre-sale analysis

+ Lead a high performing team through the RFP/execution lifecycle as it relates to Sports (i.e., ESPN, Andscape), non-program/brand specific Nat Geo, Hulu, Multicultural & Inclusive Solutions, and Disney CreativeWorks Cross Portfolio

+ Program and lead DCWS strategy related meetings both internally and with our external partners

+ In partnership with the DCW Solutions, Activation team manage ESPN and NatGeo budget

+ Harness all DCW to understand business implications (i.e., profitability, marketplace demand, incremental opportunities, etc.) to help prove out adaptations to further grow revenue and build new revenue streams

+ Maintain a positive culture of inclusion, collaboration, transparency, and trust

**Qualifications:**


+ 10+ years of experience, 5 years in a managerial role

+ Direct experience building and implementing processes to unify business practices

+ Experience leading dynamic teams across various lines of business

+ Excellent problem solving and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across Disney Advertising leadership


+ Experience driving solutions across all platforms

+ Independent decision maker and proven work solving complex problems

+ Strong interpersonal skills (especially in high stress environments)

+ Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

+ Extensive presentation and pitching experience


+ Significant experience collaborating and building consensus with senior level executives

+ Proven leader with the desire to do whatever it takes and thrives in a team culture

+ Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment

+ Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, mornings, weekends and/or occasional travel
