This role will be part of Global CLM Office providing thought leadership and actionable insights, analytics and MIS to the organizational globally that align to CLMs value proposition and supporting those in the organization that support our clients


**Key Responsibilities include:**


+ As part of CCB CLM Insights and Analytics team, developed analytics and insights tools through products such as tableau for end users consumption that is repeatable, actionable, and monitored

+ Ability to self-service, compile and consolidate data into a singular view that is consumable by leaders and staff

+ Ability to analyze and identify trends across the portfolio, KPIs and operational aspects of CLM that drives action and change

+ Identify and define the proper KPIS for lending management, portfolio metrics and operational management

+ Understand the current technology infrastructure and how to best delivery tactical and strategically solutions to the end users and management staff

+ Build reusable solutions with proper controls

+ Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to build capabilities for recommendation and use in analytical product development across Citi lines of businesses.

+ Communicate best practices and recommendation to drive CLMs insights

+ Interact with management and staff to determine needs of the portfolio and staff


**Critical competencies for ideal candidate:**


+ Proven track record in analytics and insights that drives accountability and action

+ A good understanding of the industry, direct competitors' products and services

+ Operates under design thinking principles

+ Demonstrates understand the credit, regulatory, business data sources and analytic techniques that are used at scale by large

+ Notable knowledge of underwriting, credit portfolio management processes in Citi or in other global Commercial and/or Corporate Banking institutions

+ Understanding of global credit policies, local credit programs and country-level appendices, impact to analytics, MIS and reporting

+ Must have prior experience in commercial portfolio analytics


**Qualifications:**


+ 5+ years of experience with Business Intelligence tools in development or in facilitation of development

+ 5+ years of hands-on experience in working across business teams with technology in delivering for users and management

+ Knowledge of Tableau a plus

+ Knowledge of general coding languages

+ Good interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills - written and spoken

+ Able to interact with senior leadership

+ Good team player interested in sharing knowledge and cross-training other team members and shows interest in learning new technologies and products.

+ Experience working in Financial Services

+ Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting to identify best practices

+ Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills
