Provide support for Global Remedial Management & Oversight to develop and implement a Global Remedial Strategy, improve current practices for a smooth Global Remedial Process. Coordinate implementation of the CitiRisk Global Commercial Risk Platform for Global Remedial and Remedial workflows. Provide training or coordinate training for the global remedial staff as needed. Develop and/or provid oversight of tracking for key metrics for the Global Remedial group. Ensure all reporting is complete and on time including Troubled Debt Restructurings (TDRs), CCRs, SMAs, FAS 114 analyses. Lead and manage the Fellowship Program on an on-going basis. Assist with the Comprehensive Capital Analysis Review (CCAR) stress testing for Global Remedial, as outlined by the Federal Reserve to assess sufficient bank capital to continue operations through times of economic and financial stress. Apply knowledge of de-risking remedial portfolios in countries experiencing financial distress, attributed to macro-economic and/or geopolitical issues.


**Responsibilities:**


+ Partner with other members of the GRMO leadership team to ensure strategic initiatives are on track and followed up in a timely fashion.

+ Coordinate the CitiRisk implementation for Global Remedial and the Remedial Workflows in the application. Coordinate with Technology, Operations and Global Risk Re-Engineering to ensure proper functionality of the Remedial Workflows. Act as a focal point for Global Remedial with partners on the implementation.

+ Work closely with GRMO, FRA, FRI and Global Risk Re-engineering to improve Data Quality issues in Optima for Remedial. Liaise for Critical Data Elements, US Other elimination, inclusion and proper recording of Remedial fields in Optima. Partner with FRI and Finance on new enhancements in systems (such as RAPID and Flexcube) so that Remedial s needs are met.

+ Act as focal point for all Remedial Risk Reporting. Coordinate with Global Remedial Staff the reporting requirements and liaise with Global Risk Re-Engineering and FRI to enhance, improve and move to FRI the reports performed by Remedial Staff.

+ Own and manage the Remedial Forms, HRR Template, CCR Templates, FAS 114 Template for CM, FAS 114 Template for DM and Special Mention Assessment Log. Provide or arrange training for the Global Remedial Staff. Coordinate with partners, such as Independent Risk ex Remedial, Business and CLM to find optimal solutions that promote efficiencies. Manage the processes at the Global level related to these forms.

+ Work on improving Cost of Credit process by participating in write off and recoveries initiatives.

+ Assist with the CCAR initiative for Global Remedial (FAS 114-CCB Workstream). Prepare and review individual CCAR analyses; prepare all workstream related documentation; coordinate the population and approvals; coach new participants in the workstream; analyze and compare CCAR results for rationality and to seek methods of improving the process.

+ Back up to Global Remedial MCA Coordinator.

+ Complete or manage the timely completion of ad hoc requests as they come from the Office of the CCB CRO and the Office of Citis Risk Officer


**Qualifications:**


+ Knowledgeable in Citis commercial risk process and documenting an appropriate action plan for identified troubled, stressed, or distressed loans.

+ Experience in commercial credit analysis and remedial management.

+ Ability to analyze historical data and projections strategic, negotiation and implementation skills.

+ Strong communication skills with ability to synthesize the argument in a logical and rational manner.

+ Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.

+ Advanced computer skills.


**Education:**


+ Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred, with 5+ years commercial banking experience.
