Job Description
As Reference Data Associate I (601) , you will:
Work on a variety of data driven regulatory projects and provide data analysis and reconciliation services to operational teams across Client Account Services (CAS) organization. In this role you will be required to:
Minimum of 06-08 yearsâ„¢ experience in the financial services industry and/or related field
Develop and productionise a standard suite of reconciliations and reporting of critical data elements (CDEâ„¢s) as defined by the business
Understand the complete data lifecycle from data creation and capture, to data processing, storage, and usage
Case and query management of data discrepancies, including resolution and co-ordination with processing teams
Work with technology partners and Data Quality leads to assist with building, which reduce risk and manual processing, especially with regard to data provision and reconciliation
Support the strategic development of consistent and clear data lineage, providing data visualization services to CAS project team and CAS operations
Where necessary support any historical account remediation that may be required to existing account structures to ensure 100% data quality
Ongoing monitoring of data quality across multiple data attributes to ensure adherence to business rules
Actively engaged in identifying solutions to eliminate manual touch points and drive efficiency using RPA tools
Identify and track end to end data lineage using traditional methods / systemic tools
Essential Requirements:
Programming capabilities, C, C++, .NET, JAVA
Specific mindset : Algorithmic and structured way of thinking
Knowledge of database query language : SQL or NoSQL
Good command of scripting languages HTML and Javascript
Understanding and working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
Skilled and experience Python developer
Experience in building, designing, developing and implementing RPA systems/BOTs
Knowledge of various RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, AA, and more to analyze automated processes mandatory
A degree in Computer Science
Good technical knowledge of automation tools
Experience of UiPath encoding and debugging
Knowledge of database query language : SQL or NoSQL
Good logical, analytical and problem solving skills
