Scope of the Position:
The position primarily provides direct care for service lines within our Asheville location including level-of-care assessments, PHP, IOP and MAT groups. The position works closely with Program Director for coordinating and implementing clinical services; participates in treatment team meetings and staff meetings; attends / completes company trainings as necessary and/or required; maintains safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment for clients including crisis intervention; ensures clinical programming occurs daily as scheduled. Provides support to clinicians to ensure EBT models occur throughout all service lines. Support marketing efforts by providing tours and information as needed. Work collaboratively with Pyramid Healthcare support services including EMR, IT, Human Resources, and Maintenance depts.
Principal Results Expected:
Clinical Coordination of Care: Ensures that each client at the Asheville receives Evidence-Based Treatment that correlates to their specific treatment plan goals. Ensures that all clinical programming is engaging, structured and treatment specific for the target population. Develops a cogent, measurable treatment curriculum for each clinical service.
Development of Services: Assist Program Director with the clinical development of PHP, IOP, MAT, and related services. Implement EBT model for PHP, IOP, MAT. Communicates regularly (when clinically appropriate) with clients family and/or support system. Provides/coordinates family therapy services when applicable.

A Masters Degree from an accredited college with a major in psychology, social work, counseling, or other related field. Requires LPC, LCSW, LCAS-A or LCAS licensure in the state of North Carolina.
