The Data Visualization & Reporting Insights Analyst supports our Workforce Solutions business unit. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact revenue and consumers, heavily reliant on innovative thinking, process driven disciplines, and using data insights to interpret and solve new or existing challenges. What you'll do

  • Partner with Verification Services, Data & Analytics, Alliances teams, Data Quality Assurance, Implementations to develop a proactive approach to service our clients.

  • Own Data Quality Assessment for a data asset, including analyzing current data quality metrics and partnering with internal business partners to develop data quality metrics which align to overall business imperatives including Center Medicated Services, Social Service Administration, Mortgage, incorrect data and overall health and fill of database.

  • Collaborate with business information stewards and the technology stewards on proactive initiatives supporting our Employer clients, including new reporting capabilities and product enhancements.

  • Data planning with the business information stewards and business areas.

  • Capture business needs and advocating on behalf of the business in interactions with IT.

  • Create and execute a communication plan to deliver relevant information about key information for data quality initiatives and enhancements.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert to present complex business challenges and programs to senior managers and senior leadership.

  • Accountable for data quality metrics programs along with revenue impact.

  • Provide investigative support for Data Related Issues.

  • Represent Operations in large-scale projects to improve data quality or address strategic data changes.

What experience you need

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technology discipline related to analytics.

  • Experience in Information Management, Data Quality, or related experience.

  • Experience of analytics or enabling an analytics environment.

  • Intermediate SQL Skills.

  • Intermediate to advanced Tableau skills or comparable data visualization tools.

  • Experience with educating team members on complex SQL and Tableau reporting.

  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to rapidly learn new data assets, make data-driven decisions, and understand the business context of data.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and written communication, including delivery of executive reporting presentations.

  • Experience with Python and Data Engineering best practices

  • Understanding of Agile methodology

  • Expertise with GSuite, Google Cloud Platform, and BigQuery

  • Familiarity with the financial services industry and FCRA regulations Knowledge of Equifax's differentiated data assets and technology delivery platforms or equivalent industry experience
