The Global Markets Traded Products Technology team manages two critical data platforms GMPP/Zinc and Arctic that support multiple Enterprise functions. Those functions include Finance (daily PV to Subledger), Global Market Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk, daily Collateral/Margin, Enterprise Capital Management, Central Regulatory Reporting and other regulatory reporting including NFRR.
Every year the team is involved in high priority, critical enterprise programs often with regulatory reporting requirements. The Zinc data team is seeking a Delivery Lead Technology to fulfill these mandates.
Responsibilities
+ Own project/program delivery for the Arctic platform
+ Provide executive communications on Arctic to senior stakeholders
+ Analyze downstream data needs and support analysis required for Arctic Decomm program
+ Create business requirement documents, functional requirement documents, JIRA tickets, project plans, resource allocation charts and other project documents
+ Manage and track progress of project tasks, address ad-hoc data requests from users
+ Work with internal development teams and external business partners to identify scope and define approach as well as execute on key deliveries
+ Track and drive resolution for data quality issues
+ Manage the day to day project deliverables including providing project status updates to the PMO team
+ Ability to do deep dives into issues to help drive resolution
+ Highlight, escalate and resolve issues, conflicts and roadblocks
Job Requirements
Required skills:
+ Minimum 6 years of experience (6 years or more preferred), with 2 years minimum in a combined BA and PM role in a Financial Institution
+ Strong communication and presentation skills
+ Expertise in Counterparty Credit Risk and Margin/Collateral with good understanding of regulatory initiatives such as Dodd-Frank, Volcker and Basel
+ Good understanding of Fixed Income Credit Commodities (FICC) & Equities OTC Derivative products
+ Familiarity with derivative products risk sensitiveness: Greeks and PnL scenarios. Working expertise in big bank Risk data warehouse is a plus.
+ Experience of working with cross-functional and global teams with dynamic business requirements
+ Good understanding of all asset classes and basic risk concepts
+ Good understanding of business and data flows
+ Experience with project management and project reporting tools
Desired skills:
+ Knowledge of trade life cycle, risk management and front to back office flows
+ Experience delivering solutions for regulatory projects

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Ensures execution and delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams. Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Supports resource planning for delivery/execution. Individual Contributor.
