Summary of Position

Develop and communicate analytical reports and dashboards on various company initiatives.
Provide data insights on current campaigns or web pages and use previous data to predict the performance of new initiatives.
Assist and evaluate search engine marketing and search engine optimization efforts for the EmblemHealth, Connecticare and AdvantageCare Physicians brands.

Principal Accountabilities

Analytics & Reporting:
Work with various teams and departments to understand their analytical needs and develop reporting based on the
request.
Create and manage dashboards within Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics, aggregating data across multiple
platforms.
Prepare analytics presentations via Powerpoint or Google Data Studio.
Share dashboards/data with various teams and leaders for regularly scheduled deliverable or ad hoc requests.
Maintain current analytical reports and review data daily, monitoring for data anomalies and sharing with concerned
parties.

Campaign Performance:
Meet with internal team members/stakeholders to understand reporting needs for various campaigns and suggest
solutions.
Engage with partner agencies on campaign metrics, tracking codes and UTMs in public website and portal(s).
Provide insights and support to Marketing and Communications partners based on data.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
Assist with and monitor search engine marketing campaigns to ensure we are hitting monthly budgets and
performance expectations.
Evaluate keyword performance and make suggestions to add/remove phrases based on data.
Coordinate with agency partners on day-to-day SEM needs and providing feedback to various internal teams for
approval.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Evaluate and improve SEO with the assistance of data and third-party software.
Review company webpages to ensure their backend structure is readable by search engines.
Use tools such as Google Trends or BrightEdge to suggest high value keywords and phrases to use on webpages to
boost search traffic.

Backend Process:
Adhere to team processes (workflow, development, approvals, QA) for consistency and stability. 10%
Offer feedback on how processes and team communication can be improved.
Competitive Landscape:
Review and understand the competitive marketplace to determine marketing and member/patient experience
enhancement opportunities.

Team & Department Evolution:
Integrate the Speak Human guidelines into all campaigns and deliverables, internally and externally.
Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
Contribute to integration efforts that ensure visibility and understanding of digital initiatives across our department.
Bring creativity, flexibility and a questioning approach to all work - reflecting the evolving nature of our workstreams
and department.

Education, Training, Licenses, Certifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field required

Relevant Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

3 - 5+ years of relevant, professional work experience required
2 years' experience in an analytics focused role required
Experience with either Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Tableau required
Ability to discern the most import metric from a dataset and how to use it for positive change required
Detail orientation with strong organization and prioritization skills required
Knowledge of internet technologies, social media, SEO, SEM required
Adaptivity to learn new software required
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.) required
Ability to speak confidently and persuasively about data required
Interesting hobbies preferred
