Digital Optimization and Experimentation Specialist

Caliber Financial Services to looking to hire a dynamic individual who can fill the position of Digital Optimization and Experimentation Specialist.  This position will be responsible for discovering, implementing and managing improvements for the website and mobile app visitor experience as well as the overall website conversion rate through AB, Multivariate, Split Testing and additional conversion driven tests.
 

This role works closely with our Marketing, Creative and CX teams as well as Acquisition, Product, Operations and Risk groups to collect proper testing requirements, understand test objectives, troubleshoot bugs, conduct UAT and deliver timely reports for planned tests and results. 



 

The Key Responsibilities for this position include:


Agile Digital Optimization: Collaborate with Creative and CX teams to define and deliver on user flows. Partner with cross-functional acquisition, operations and product teams on platform architecture and internal/external tools to ensure long term digital product viability. 



Digital Roadmap and Experimentation: Create, update and provide on-going awareness of digital roadmaps and refine web for products, especially through presentation decks, status reports and updates. 



KPIs: Understanding, tracking, and reporting of digital KPIs and success metrics relevant to user experience. Report on testing impact against high level business KPI's such as audience engagement, conversion, retention, and monetization. 



Drive Innovation: Demonstrate a willingness to drive competitive research, analyze available tools/platforms to create a robust testing program, and own implementations to accomplish our conversion goals.



Drive Effective Communication: Work with various stakeholders to gather and communicate digital requirements, test requirements, scope and delivery timeline. Be open to creating project management deliverables when required. 



Demonstrate Leadership: Work with Creative and CX teams to conceptualize, plan and execute on data-driven improvements and testing decisions.  



User Experience: Develop a deep understanding of our users through data on their demographics, geographies and user behavior. Be the voice of our users within the company. Refine user personas, archetypes, user flows and journey mapping to support the delivery of user experiences. Work with our internal and external teams to provide the best user experience for our customers. 



Candidates should also have proven 





  • Strong analytical and presentation skills 



  • Experience in digital product lifecycle management 



  • Hands-on experience analyzing digital business data (such as Google Analytics and internal reports)  to make informed decisions and plan strategically 



  • Familiarity with agile framework organizational and leadership abilities 



  • Excellent communication skills 



  • Problem-solving aptitude 



  • Creative thinking skills 





 

Qualified candidates should have 





  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Marketing, Finance, Analytics or related field 



  • 3+ years experience working in digital marketing, digital product management, user experience (UX), web analytics or similar role(s)on consumer-facing web products 



  • Experience running A/B and Split tests using leading testing platforms such as Hubspot, Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, Dynamic Yield, etc. 



  • Built and delivered digital product road maps full of winning and losing ideas
