Lead IT strategy and\rassure effective IT delivery for HBS Project business within Honeywell. You\rwill be the primary interface for business leaders to define requirements and\rdrive the execution of growth and productivity solutions enabled through\rexisting and emerging Information Technology. You will be a key member of the\rbusiness leadership team, engaging in all aspects of running the business, with\ra specialization in the use of technology to fulfill business objectives. You\rwill provide leadership in driving digital transformation by partnering with\rdigital project orders and business functions for delivering IT platforms and\rsolutions flawlessly.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
10+ years of experience in leading medium to large scale digital solution deployments and projects executed in DevOps/ Agile methodology
Experience in key digital areas Salesforce CRM, SAP Callidus CPQ, E-Commerce, Field Service Management tools such as Salesforce FieldService Lightning, Siebel, projects and estimation tools
5+ years of hands-on experience in leading cross-functional business teams in driving process automation, technology improvements, and change management
Experience working in a highly matrixed environment
Minimum 3+ years experience in managing technology and business IT roadmap, business case development, AOP (Annual Operating Plan), and strong business program management
Experience in deploying complex master data systems such as SAP and data analytics
